EL JEFE’S TAQUERIA
El Jefe is a simple man who believes in simple pricing and putting quality first. Only the best meats and seafood make the cut. Every morning at the break of dawn El Jefe heads down to the local produce market to buy the freshest vegetables for his taquería. Everything is made in house and the only thing that comes in a jar are the 50 different picante sauces – El Jefe believes in bringing the heat to your tastebuds.
El Jefe is also an honorable man and believes in ‘freeing the guac’… and the roasted veggies, and plantains and queso – all of the adiciones – that means extras are never extra. Come in and try one of our shrimp, fish, chicken or steak burritos (load it up with all the extras) for only $10.25, period.
El Jefe is bringing authentic Mexican to Harvard Square and Boston, MA, State College, Pittsburgh and Bethlehem, PA and New Brunswick, NJ. Come for breakfast, stay for dinner, El Jefe’s is open 7 days a week!
SOCIAL STILL
Social Still was born in the ruins of the former Bethlehem Steel empire. Our city was once the greatest producer of steel in the world. We built bridges, buildings, fought wars, and created a proud history of the industrial revolution. The great people of our city were proud to create the infrastructure of America.
We decided to honor the past, while creating a vibrant new future. Not to just abandon what was here, but to embrace the beauty. The pulse started to beat. We took the energy of the 40,000 former workers that made our city great and began the resurgence.
MR LEE’S NOODLES
The second location and fourth restaurant of area locals Erin Shea and Chef Lee Chizmar, Mister Lee’s FARM TO LADLE Ramen is meant to be a fun and nontraditional take on traditional Japanese noodles. Our broths are made with all the traditional methods and then we take stellar local, clean, organic ingredients and we have some fun.
We have a FULL BAR with amazing cocktails and sake as well a carefully selected local draft beer menu. Our menu in this location takes all the amazing Easton favorites and adds appetizers, desserts and some new Southside staples.
We are happy to accommodate all your dietary needs/restrictions/allergies or aversions. Just let us know! We make everything from scratch and if you don’t see something on the menu just let your server know (vegetarians and vegans we got you!)

Up until 1995, Bethlehem Steel Corp. was the country’s second largest steel producer. They built a ship a day during World War II and provided steel for Alcatraz Island, the Golden Gate Bridge as-well-as most of the New York City skyline.
Fast forward to today, where the scrappy neighborhood that birthed Bethlehem Steel has been re-imagined as a dynamic, urban district of entertainment, education, culture, and entrepreneurship. South Bethlehem is now re-emerging as a hub of new growth fueled by the knowledge and information era.
As the revitalization and re-imagination of Bethlehem continue to unfold, being a part of this dining and retail endeavor means you’ll be a part of the broader story of transformation and growth… Together we will create a dynamic and vibrant dining destination.
